Refund Policy

IMPORTANT:  Please double check size and color of your clothes carefully before buying (The specific size will be found on each product's purchasing page). Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned (If there is an issue with your order) within 7 days of your order delivery date. House Of D'cheri does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. 

Items must be in original condition. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout. House of D'cheri will provide tracking/shipping information for the customer to investigate, if package is lost or stolen. House Of D’cheri does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

 Exchanges (if applicable)

House Of D'cheri will replace items if they are defective or damaged. WE INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPMENT! If an item is defective and you need to exchange it for the same item, please give us a call or email us. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

ALL EXCHANGES ARE FINAL

  • Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances.

House Of D'cheri will accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. 

Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All return items must be sent with a tracking number and the number must be provided to us within our return window.

House Of D'cheri does not refund your card. We will issue a store credit for the amount of the item you paid. 

After we receive the item we will then process for STORE CREDIT for the amount you paid and an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. will be emailed to you once the return is processed

  • Items issuing discounted promo codes/sale
  • All swimwear are FINAL sale
  • Bodysuits are FINAL sale
  • Accessories/bags are FINAL sale
  • Health and Personal care items are FINAL sale
  • Leggings are FINAL sale
  • All White items are FINAL sale
  • Gift Cards are FINAL sale

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to our facility without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-7 business days or sooner.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include invoice (receipt) inside the package. exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations:

We are unable to cancel any orders for money back once you've received a shipping confirmation email. Please email us as soon as possible before your cancelled item is shipped out in order to receive a store credit.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a D’cheri E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!


Helpful Hint: House Of D'cheri is not responsible for returns until they reach our Center in Corona, CA. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, House Of D'cheri will not issue store credit for your returns.
